Hi! Thanks for being here! I’m Neesha, the gal behind Neesh Nutrition and your trusted wellness coach. This is a space where science meets soul to help you reach your goals on YOUR terms. I’m a nutritionist and women's wellness coach based in Lake Country, BC. I know what it's like to have tried everything and still not see the progress you're hoping for. You're having a hard time losing the weight, clearing your skin, and honestly, just feeling good about life overall. You're busy working full time, maybe you have kids, or an underlying condition that might make it feel impossible to reach your goals.

Lucky for you, I've got the solutions you're looking for. 

Why work with me you ask? I actually give a crap. I look at your whole life; your stress, your sleep, your symptoms, your day to day schedule, not just tell you what to eat. Based on that, I figure out what's really going on at the root. Then we build from there. That's how you get results that stick. Nutrition and exercise play a large role in your health but so does your subconcious mind. So while we work on the physical aspect, we also work on the mental aspect, creating tools that you carry forward forever.

My mission is to emphasize the importance of mindset in achieving optimal health. By working together to reframe subconscious beliefs and address past conditioning, I can help you unlock your full potential and enhance your physical wellbeing. 

Movement

You've probably come to realize that reaching your wellness goals is not a one size fits all process. I create a customized movement plan designed to meet your unique needs, whether that's gaining muscle, losing weight, or increasing flexibility. Our biweekly/weekly check ins allow for adjustments that reflect your progress and how you feel.

Nutrition

The power of personalized nutrition. I create tailored nutrition plans based on a detailed assessment of your symptoms and lifestyle. Instead of drastic changes, we concentrate on the primary disruptors, allowing for small, manageable adjustments that create a meaningful impact on your health journey.
